Professor Andreou encourages his favorite student Dionysis to lay claim on his dreams about life and more than that, on his great love: beautiful Sophia. What he is not aware of, however, is that this very woman, who will spend sleepless nights with him in an attempt to decode a secret book, will appeal straight to his own heart. Dionysis, believing he has been betrayed, collaborates in trapping his professor inside a university scandal. Yet, he has foreseen neither that he is thus also ensnaring his beloved Sophia, nor that this mix-up will bring the Professor and the student even closer together.
